Worship

Corporate worship is a key part of our church's life and mission; it is also a setting in which God often speaks to and guides people on their journey of faith. There is currently one service on Sunday morning at 10am that follows a gentle contemporary format in which members take part in leading.  After the service, morning tea is served in the church lounge for fellowship. Members of the pastoral team and elders are available to pray with you after the service at the front of the church marked as "prayer corner"..

" Worship at Forrest Hill is a combination of traditional and contemporary styles, especially in music. Communion services are held monthly. "

Pastoral Care

The Minister holds the responsibility for the provision of Pastoral care, and is supported by the elders, and a pastoral care team. The church pastoral care team is always ready to support the people of Forrest Hill Presbyterian Church. Visits are made as each person requires, and appropriate pastoral care is administered according to need.

" Newcomer luncheons have been held with great success, to welcome folk into FHPC church life, and to explain how and why we do things. "

Mission

FHPC has a long history of support for a domestic and international support for missionary people long time ago and share with them testimony about God's great work. The victorious christian life is not about avoiding suffering. We are here to serve the will of the King, to expand His Kingdom and continue to spend ourselves to that end. One of the reasons why we do that this side of eternity is to mature us, to instil in us character traits ready for responsibilities on the other side of eternity where we may be rewarded with 'well done good, and faithful servant' .

" A great big thank you, to you, God's people at Forrest Hill Church, for your faithful support of our missionary in prayer and practical support, and specially financial support"
